New Caseload Screen Release #2 (Modal Pop Ups)

The New Caseload Screen had a second feature release in May of 2026.

  • Grouping by last activity date on the caseload
  • Adjusting widths of columns and saving the setting
  • Account detail pop up
  • Access to activities, notes, donations, and contacts
