Make the CRM an "App" on your Phone

The Siebel CRM does not have a mobile app. However, you can create a shortcut to the Siebel CRM on your phone so that you can quickly access the CRM on-the-go! 

While it isn't a perfectly smooth experience, it will allow you to quickly pull up a ministry partner, make a note while traveling on the go, or add an activity right after an in person visit, for example.
