CRM Performance and Reliability Issue Reporting

We are currently trying to track and identify user experience issues in the CRM if you are experiencing any issues related to performance or reliability in the CRM please send an email to crm@cru.org with as much of the following information as possible.

  1. Issue date and time
  2. Issue description
  3. Has the same issue occurred on the same screen multiple times?
  4. If possible, provide the text from any error messages you see, which can be copy-pasted.
  5. Number of Siebel browser tabs open
  6. Browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc)
  7. Were you at Lake Hart headquarters or somewhere else?
  8. Were you on a VPN?
  9. Screenshots/picture/recordings of the issue
  10. A screenshot of the Siebel “About View” screen.
